ORDERS - Please note that when you confirm to purchase a customised print from us you enter into a legal contract with Sugar Snap Prints. All designs and prints are made to order. Full payment is required prior to recieving proof of Design with no exception. Upon approval of your customised design via e-mail no other changes or amendments may be made. Please ensure you fully check and review the designs at this stage as any mistakes cannot be corrected following your approval. We will always respond to orders within 12hrs, if you have not heard from us by 24hrs then please do get in touch as we may not have recieved your order. Orders placed after 6pm Hong Kong time will not be processed until the next working day.

RETURNS - While we cannot refund purchases of prints as they are all printed to order, if your goods arrive in a damaged condition or have been supplied incorrectly, we promise to replace your order or offer a full refund.

If your product arrives damaged please get in touch immediately stating the problem and providing a photo of the damage if applicable. This will help us to improve our packaging methods if required and prevent a re occurance with your replacement.

PAYMENT - Payment on this site is via PAYPAL. If you would like to pay by bank transfer just email your order to me at sugarsnapprints@outlook.com.

CARE -  Our canvases are coated so can be wiped down with a dry cloth and dusted without any problems. Please keep away from direct sunlight to avoid colour fading

 

DELIVERY - Delivery takes about 1-2 working days. We aim to have your order with you no later then 10 working days from day of order, however during peak season this time may increase..

*We use the Hong Kong postal service and therefore cannot be held responsable for any delays incurred due to any internal issues within the postal service or acts of God.

*All our products are for decorative purposes only and we will not be held liable for any improper use. Please keep all paper and cotton products away from open flames and direct sunlight.
